At Memento Vivere Parfums, every fragrance is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our studio. Because fragrance is a personal-use product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened bottles.
Returns
We only accept returns if your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mementovivereparfums.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Opened Products
Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, all opened or used fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Memento Vivere Parfums is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
